the one where I was hired to work on a messaging project for a breast self-examination aid

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. This month I've been fortunate enough to work on a project that is VERY close to my heart and on my "copywriting bucket list" - a messaging project for Connect 2 Pharma for their new, early detection breast self-examination aid, Aware.

Aware is a unique device that enhances your natural touch when performing a breast self-examination, enabling you to feel any imperfections or abnormalities in breast tissue more easily. I've been able to try out Aware for myself and could immediately see improvement in tactile sensitivity it provides.

Nick got in touch with me as he'd seen my posts about breast cancer online, really enjoyed them (as much as you can ever enjoy content about cancer I guess!) and felt that Aware could use some new messaging, some humour and some humanising to connect it with their target audience. And I was delighted with his review of my work (below).

I'll be sharing a little more about Aware later, but in the mean time you can check out: www.awarebreastcheck.co.uk or purchase the aid directly on Amazon.
